Terms and Conditions pusyy – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Pusyy is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games including online slots, fish shooting games, bingo, sports, and other game categories for use by eligible registered members.

This platform is operated entirely for entertainment purposes. All games available at pusyy use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by qualified third parties to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

Use of the pusyy platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Malaysian citizen or valid permanent resident
• Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list issued by pusyy
• Not using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration

Pusyy reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to ensure members meet the eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Each pusyy member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number registered in your own name. pusyy reserves the right to reject or close any account found to be using false information or borrowing another party's identity.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential
• Ensure no other party has access to your account
• Notify pusyy immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is made. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. All documents received are handled in full compliance with the pusyy Privacy Policy.

Pusyy accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including FPX (direct bank transfer from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other banks), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted payment channels.

Deposit conditions to be observed:

Pusyy reserves the right to hold or investigate any deposit that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations. In such cases, additional verification may be required before funds are permitted for use.

Withdrawals at pusyy are processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the member's name. pusyy is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes after the request is received and any required verification has been completed.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by the pusyy finance team
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any wagering requirements associated with a received bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted
• Pusyy reserves the right to request additional documents for security purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount

In the event of any dispute regarding a withdrawal, the member must submit a written complaint to the pusyy support team within 7 days of the transaction date. pusyy will thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a response within 3 working days.

Pusyy offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion.

General terms applicable to all pusyy bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted — the specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure
• Pusyy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with appropriate notice
• The bonus value awarded cannot be transferred to another member
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in immediate action, including bonus cancellation and account investigation

Pusyy uses an automated monitoring system to detect abnormal bonus usage behaviour. If the system detects suspicious activity, our security team will investigate and take appropriate action.

All games available at pusyy are operated using an RNG system that has been verified and audited by a qualified independent body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including pusyy itself.

Members agree not to use or attempt to use:

• Automation software, bots, or any tools that allow games to run automatically without genuine human interaction
• Methods or strategies specifically designed to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the pusyy system
• Unauthorised third-party software that can influence or alter how games function
• Any form of unlawful collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, pusyy will review server records to determine the appropriate course of action. In cases where no records can be verified, the related wager may be voided and the original bet returned to the member.

Winnings resulting from technical errors, software faults, or incorrect displays are void and will not be paid out. pusyy reserves the right to correct any such errors without prior notice.

Pusyy is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. To achieve this, all members are required to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the platform and to other members.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pusyy platform:

• Submitting false or misleading information to the support team or during the KYC process
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward pusyy support staff
• Sharing or selling your pusyy account to another party
• Engaging in any activity that could potentially damage the reputation or operations of pusyy
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not authorised for public access

Violation of any of these conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach, at the sole discretion of pusyy.

Pusyy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or platform abuse
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes

Members may also close their own account at any time upon request by contacting the pusyy support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after the required verification process is completed, provided no breach of terms is currently under investigation.

For members who need a temporary break, pusyy provides a self-exclusion option that can be requested through account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Pusyy provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will at all times be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. However, we make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times.

Pusyy will not be held liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disruption or connectivity issues on the member's end
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their account login credentials
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Any taxes or financial liabilities that may arise from member winnings under local laws

In any circumstance, the maximum liability of pusyy to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Pusyy reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to provide members with reasonable notice via platform announcements or email when significant changes occur.
